Made-to-Order Products
All of our products are made-to-order, meaning each item is created specifically for you after you place your order. Because of the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that are not defective or damaged.
Defective or Damaged Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what you ordered, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
To request a refund or replacement for a defective item:
- Contact us at charmepurdesign@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number
- Provide clear photos showing the defect or damage
- Describe the issue in detail
We will review your request and, if approved, send you a replacement item at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Processing Time for Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, please allow:
- 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase
Wrong Address
If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to us or lost, we cannot offer a refund or replacement. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Order Cancellations
Because production begins shortly after you place your order, we can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production. If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at charmepurdesign@gmail.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
