Processing Time
All of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are created specifically for you after you place your order. This ensures the highest quality and allows us to offer unique, personalized items.
Production time: 2-7 business days
Once your order is produced, it will be shipped to you.
Shipping Time
After your order leaves our production facility, shipping typically takes:
United States: 2-8 business days (depending on your location and selected shipping method)
Total time from order to delivery: Approximately 4-15 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- The weight of your order
- Your shipping address
- Your selected shipping method (Economy or Standard)
We offer two shipping options:

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's journey to you.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Shipping carrier delays
- Weather conditions
- Natural disasters
- Customs delays (if applicable in the future)
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact the shipping carrier directly
We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier. However, if you believe there was an error, please contact us at charmepurdesign@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Wrong Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
